Welcome to the Inner West Therapy Centre

Located in the inner west Sydney suburb of Stanmore, we provide Psychotherapy services in Sydney.

Our therapists are registered psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors who provide psychotherapy, couple and family therapy, professional supervision and training.

Our empathic approach assists people who may be struggling with difficulties such as trauma, sexuality and relationship issues, bereavement, anxiety, depression, work related stress, bullying, and eating problems.

We share an interest in using action methods and creative processes to enhance verbal therapy. Our approach to therapy incorporates an awareness of social and cultural issues and how power impacts on and informs the ideas of therapists.
